Helping Locally

Shelter-in-Place and school closure due to COVID-19 has kept many San Francisco Bay Area children away from physical classes and other in-person educational activities. We are giving out Edu-Kits to help those children who are most likely to fall behind.

Empowering Women

During our 2019 Women’s Health Education and Screening day nearly 300 men and women attended with nearly 100 women taking advantage of free cervical screening and self-palpation training. 15% of the women screened had pre-cancerous cells present which was treated on the spot using the Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure. The education program and the screenings were delivered by health professionals from the Institute National de la Sante Public (INSP) and translated to Djioula and Attieke, two of the most spoken dialects in our community.
